CURRY FISH HEAD AND VEGETABLES
easy cooking with A1 curry paste!

ingredients:
  • garlics 1 clove
  • shallots 2 pieces
  • brinjals 2 pieces
  • ladies fingers 10 pieces
  • pineapple( optional)
  • red snapper fish head
  • a pack of readymade A1 curry fish paste
  • coconut milk 1 packet
  • for taste: salt, sugar 
  • water
Tips: always break coconut milk into 2 portions.
1st portion to dilute with water and pour in to simmer all food.
2nd portion to add for thickening purposes.
