Easy Roast Pork 

Five Spice Powder with Salt

Remember hang-dry your pork belly. 
Score the skin to allow crackling.

Use your oven at 200 degree c and turnover at least once 
(reduce heat to 180 degree c if the skin darken too quickly). 
Cooking time about 45 mins. 
Voila... that's your roast pork!
